Saluhall brings together five restaurateurs with unique culinary experiences, including a burger bar, bakery, bars, and a cooking school. Designed by Stiff + Trevillion, the Scandinavian-inspired space features custom millwork and an airy ambiance across two LEED- and WELL-certified floors. It’s a hub for sustainability, local food entrepreneurs, and diverse events.

My Yard Live

My Yard Live combines a community center, park, upscale beer garden, eatery, and live entertainment venue in a vibrant indoor/outdoor setting. The project included a 10-barrel brewery, a performance stage, cocktail bars, a private dining room, a restaurant counter, and an arcade, along with a reconfigured kitchen. Outside, 7,000 sq. ft. of patios feature a stage, family seating, and a play structure with climbing and jumping elements for kids.

Columbia Center Fitness Center

The Fitness Center in the Columbia Center Building involved a complete demolition of the existing space to create an all-new facility. The project featured exposed sheet metal ductwork, LED lighting in an open-to-structure ceiling, and an illuminated wood portal wall connecting the weightlifting and cardio areas. New men’s and women’s shower rooms were added, complete with separate changing areas, wood bench seating, lockers, and specialty Italian wall and floor tile.
