My Yard Live

My Yard Live (MYL) brings together the elements of a community center, park, upscale beer garden, diverse eatery, and live entertainment and event venue. MYL is situated in an indoor/outdoor, park-like setting and offers a
variety of activities for all ages. The project consisted of indoor space for: the 10-barrel brewery; a performance stage; multiple cocktail bars; a 220-person private dining room; a walk-up restaurant counter; and a video game arcade. The entire kitchen was reconfigured during the build-out to bring the space back to life for the vibrant community of San Marcos. In addition to the indoor space, there was 7,000 sq. ft. of outdoor patio area built out to includes a stage, along with a spacious secondary patio area designed for families. A large play structure was installed containing a rope wall, rock wall, reman pole, and jumping logs for children to enjoy during their family’s dining experience.
