Humble Beginnings

Skyline Construction was founded in 1996 as commercial interior specialists in the San Francisco Bay Area

100% Employee Ownership

Skyline transformed into a 100% employee-owned company (ESOP) in 2005 with a culture shift focused on creating a people-first environment.

Illinois Expansion

Geographic expansion into Chicago began in 2019 with our Midwest office (formerly known as ACCEND Construction)

Washington Expansion

In 2020, Skyline extended its services into the Puget Sound region with the acquisition of two construction companies, Unimark and Servicemark (now Skyline Construction).

Southern California Expansion

In 2022, Skyline expanded its presence in San Diego through the acquisition of Prevost Construction (now Skyline Construction), bringing its extensive portfolio of life science and tenant improvement projects to Skyline.
