Skyline worked with this mobile gaming company to complete a 2-building, 4-floor, 144,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement in a new core and shell building. Skyline coordinated activities with the base building contractor so the tenant improvements could start prior to the core and shell completion. The project includes a 16,000 sq. ft. full-service kitchen, office space for the executives, a fitness area, massage rooms, and open office configuration. Each floor has a small break area as well as small and medium-size conference rooms. There is also a customer-facing area and conference center including a board room and training rooms.
