M2 Ingredients is the leading producer of certified 100% organic mushrooms which are grown, dried, milled and packaged into powders to support daily health, sports performance, recovery and cognition. The company is relocating its headquarters from Carlsbad to Vista, CA to create a 150,000 sq. ft. warehouse / lab space that will be used for industrial indoor farming, manufacturing and distribution, along with an additional 20,000 sq. ft. traditional office.
M2 Ingredients is a leader in the food technology industry, using indoor, state-of-the-art processes to maintain complete control of the growing process to preserve the nutritional integrity and bioactivity of their mushrooms.
