Lost Winds Brewing

Renovation of the existing 2,000 sq. ft., high-bay warehouse space into a craft brewery with a 10 BBL brew house and integrated tasting room. The space received extensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing additions to accommodate the new brewing equipment. The tasting room is spacious and welcoming; with rich, natural wood and earth tones reminiscent of a coastal beach club. The existing concrete flooring received substantial prep and was transformed with a decorative stained and sealed finish throughout. Prevost designed and built the custom L-shaped bar, cladded in stainless steel panels, located in the taproom that shares the space with the brewery; allowing patrons to enjoy their beer right where it is made. The industrial-style, decorative lighting fixtures compliment the laid-back theme of the space and enliven the environment. The additions of new skylights were another cost-effective and energy-efficient solution for illuminating the interiors with natural light.
