DETAILS
Renovation of the second floor for office and laboratory space, including research and development labs, clean rooms, private offices, conference rooms, and break rooms. The project scope required the addition of new wall partitions, new ceilings, new doors, casework, and HVAC, plumbing and electrical modifications. The team turned the project over to the client 5 days ahead of schedule.
