DETAILS
The space was previously occupied and had to be demolished back to shell condition. Prevost Construction solicited proposals from mechanical, electrical and plumbing subcontractors to participate on our team and complete their respective specialties using a Design-Build project delivery system. The buildout included general lab space, tissue culture labs, a vivarium, and office areas.
