HCMP is a mid-sized, full service law firm representing national and international companies, local and regional businesses, nonprofit corporations, government entities, community organizations and individuals from its Seattle office. Our team worked with HCMP on a full buildout of 2 floors of the DocuSign Tower. This 31,061 SF project for HCMP took the top (2) floors of DocuSign Tower (formerly Wells Fargo Center). This 31,061 sq. ft. project included open ceilings, 11 ft. tall office storefronts, an interconnecting staircase, all new finishes, flooring, wallcovering as well as modifications to the existing HVAC and electrical systems.
