Skyline completed a branding standards update for a fully operational auto dealership, including new lighting, flooring, paint, and coordination with the client’s furniture vendor. The project required the temporary relocation of all employees and continuous customer access, demanding precise phasing and communication. Skyline partnered closely with the client and design team to align with brand standards while maintaining budget and schedule. Self-perform teams executed drywall and ACT installations, and when the owner's furniture vendor faced delays, Skyline stepped in to support shipment planning and installation logistics to keep the project on track.
