A CAR WASH FROM THE GROUND UP
The project featured a ground-up car wash built entirely inside the existing structure. To support this, crews excavated approximately seven feet below the slab, using shoring to install underground piping and new footings designed for the car wash’s structural loads. The installation included full water and electrical hook-ups for the wash equipment, all tied into the new MEP systems.

SERVICING AND SAVINGS
The vehicle maintenance area was built to handle daily fleet servicing and included new lifts, a dedicated compressor room, and overhead oil and water feeds. All lift equipment was supported by new structural footings to ensure long-term performance and safety. On the EV side, Skyline coordinated trenching through the existing slab to install Tesla charging stations, complete with minor flatwork modifications and new power distribution. Skyline provided full design coordination and value engineering services from preconstruction through closeout. Working closely with the client, the team identified cost-saving strategies and adjusted scopes without compromising quality or performance. The result was a complete facility conversion that met Enterprise’s operational needs while maintaining budget alignment.
