DETAILS
The project consisted of approximately 50,000 sq. ft., and the second floor contained Creative Office amenities such as a large, open kitchen and gaming room. The first floor contained a product packaging facility, and a 2,000 sq. ft. clean room for bottling the company’s proprietary formula. Adjacent to the clean room was a 4,000 sq ft. packaging area, in addition to a warehouse distribution center and call center.
