Skyline Construction completed a full-floor tenant improvement for Continua Interiors, delivering a vibrant, collaborative workplace with offices, conference rooms, and a café. The team partnered closely with the design team to align the scope with the client’s budget through thoughtful budgeting and value engineering. Coordination was key in resolving sequencing and out-of-sequence work, achieved by aligning ceiling heights with existing piping to ensure seamless system integration and project execution.
