Project
DETAILS
Two adjacent early 20th Century buildings were merged into a single parcel, separated by a 3-hour rated wall. 657 Mission is a 6-story concrete building with a single below-grade basement level, and 667 Mission is a four-story wood/masonry structure with a single below-grade basement level.
Both buildings total 151,803 sq. ft. and had all existing finishes removed, including the basement slab, and were seismically upgraded. The buildings received new MEP/FP systems, elevators, exterior windows, storefronts, restrooms, showers, and a new roof/amenity deck.
