Introducing

Soledad

Award winning shell and site work renovation project of 2-building campus.

PROJECT

DETAILS

The renovated campus features new energy efficient roofing and glazing systems, custom built aluminum shade structures, a 100KW PV array system, and a reclaimed water irrigation system with new drought resistant landscaping and bio-swales throughout the site. The Prevost team also earned a LEED point for exemplary performance in recycling over ninety percent of construction and demolition debris by managing a diversion program for all waste created during the project. Completion of the certification process by the USGBC for the Soledad campus was finalized in July 2012. Soledad was awarded the 2012 Core and Shell Project of the Year by San Diego’s USGBC Chapter. It is one of only 90 registered LEED Platinum projects in California for the renovation of an existing building.
