Greenpoint Technologies is a premier Business Jet Completion Center providing custom aircraft interiors for private clients, governments, and heads of state. Our team had the opportunity to work with Greenpoint Technologies on a 31,348 SF non-structural tenant improvement project at its North Creek Building in Bothell, WA. The project included non-structural demolition, and partial removal of existing office space, along with new associated MEP and ACT ceiling. Other improvements included buildouts of all new offices, conference and board rooms, a bistro and pantry space, new restrooms, flooring, wall tile, acoustic ceilings, and millwork.
