Partnering with Wright Runstad & Company and SkB Architects, the team is delivered a full-floor environment that blends hospitality, wellness, and high-end design.
The build-out included a clubhouse with a golf simulator, hospitality bar, reception area, and elevated lounge; a library anchored by wood-wrapped architectural details and a double-sided water vapor fireplace; and a state-of-the-art fitness center with spa-inspired locker rooms and a dedicated yoga studio. High-touch finishes include engineered hardwood herringbone floors, fluted wood features with leather inlays, textured plaster walls, acoustical wall panels, and performance rubber flooring.
