Located in San Francisco, Superhuman’s (formerly Grammarly) office renovation delivered a modern, highly flexible workplace designed to support collaboration, focus, and evolving team needs. Spanning 54,870 square feet across three floors, the project included a mix of full‑scale renovation and targeted upgrades throughout the space.

The 16th floor underwent a full demolition and rebuild, transforming the floor into an engaging, contemporary environment with open workspaces, conference rooms, a break room, an all gender restroom, and specialized areas such as the Library and SCRUM Room, which featured more detailed and intricate design elements.

Upper floors included conference room rework, graphics installation, new carpet, phone booth upgrades, mechanical upgrades, and the addition of small lifts on Levels 18 and 19, enhancing overall functionality and connectivity across the office. Shortly after project turnover, Skyline also supported a fast tracked branding rework, efficiently updating workplace graphics to align with Superhuman’s refreshed brand.

Through proactive coordination, expedited procurement, and strategic use of contingency funds, Skyline successfully delivered the project within the planned 20 week schedule and on budget, meeting the client’s targeted move in date while accommodating evolving scope and branding needs.
