Introducing

Reverb

Skyline transformed Reverb’s two-story headquarters into a dynamic creative hub featuring a mezzanine, recording studio, and collaborative workplace, all delivered on time despite schedule challenges.

Project

DETAILS

Reverb’s new creative headquarters spans two floors of an existing building and features a bold transformation driven by Skyline’s early involvement during budgeting and value engineering. The first floor includes a large open area with lounge and booth seating, a performing stage, hospitality bar, as well as practice rooms and a recording studio. A mezzanine overlooks the space, which leads to a mix of open workplace, training, meeting rooms and an exterior terrace on the 2nd floor. Despite a seven-week landlord delay, Skyline delivered on-time through proactive schedule management and cost-saving solutions, resulting in a purpose-built environment tailored to Reverb’s clients and culture.
