Project

DETAILS

Skyline transformed the space at 222 W Merchandise Mart Plaza into a vibrant workspace for MATTER Chicago’s healthcare innovation hub. The buildout included classrooms, private offices, open collaboration areas, and a kitchen. Although the project team was brought in late during the design phase, they were able to overcome tight budget and schedule constraints by reusing existing elements and introducing new features such as accent walls and tinted glass. The team completed the project on schedule, delivering a flexible, visually striking environment that supports MATTER Chicago’s mission.
