Skyline partnered with Kovitz to deliver a high-end office build-out that blended modern design with strategic reuse of existing systems. The project involved remodeling private offices and adding new conference rooms and collaboration areas, all while maintaining the client’s priority to repurpose materials such as the demountable wall system. Early coordination with Kovitz, the architect, and trade partners was essential to successfully integrating reused elements into the updated layout. By initiating demolition immediately and aligning procurement to avoid delays, Skyline kept the project on schedule.
