Skyline Construction has partnered with a Global Professional Services firm across six cities nationwide, delivering workplace environments that support collaboration, flexibility, and evolving business needs. The relationship includes two major office relocations and renovations in San Francisco and Silicon Valley, as well as workplace renovation projects in Sacramento, San Diego, Chicago, and Grand Rapids. Across each location, Skyline has helped create high-performing spaces tailored to the firm's people, culture, and business objectives.

SAN FRANCISCO

In San Francisco, Skyline completed a 200,000-square-foot, three-floor workplace. The space includes open-office areas, conference rooms, training facilities, a kitchen, reception area, lobby, and a dedicated game room. A signature element is the interior staircase with blackened steel handrails and smoked laminated glass guardrails, constructed through a post-tension slab to connect all three floors.

Additional features include an exterior terrace with a custom elevated roof paver system and steel trellis, millwork-cladded columns and ceiling details, and a curved glass storefront with electrified AV film. The project also delivered comprehensive MEP and FLS upgrades, creating a high-performing workplace tailored to the needs of a global professional services firm.

SILICON VALLEY

In San Jose, Skyline completed a 150,000-square-foot, three-floor renovation and relocation project. Designed as a first-generation workplace, the project features an interconnecting staircase, collaborative workspaces, client-facing boardrooms, wellness-focused amenities, and an outdoor terrace equipped with heat lamps, bar stations, and bench seating. High-end architectural finishes, including custom millwork-clad features and radius glass storefronts, create a modern workplace tailored to both employees and clients.
