Project
DETAILS
The space features a bright, inviting first-floor reception area filled with natural light, multiple conference rooms for collaboration, and a moody speakeasy-style bar on the third floor that adds depth and contrast while celebrating the building’s original craftsmanship.
Skyline partnered with the client early in the process to evaluate multiple properties across the city, providing feasibility assessments, comparative cost analyses, and value engineering to guide an informed selection. Once the site was chosen, the team managed a complex, phased construction effort that began with select structural repositioning, including full excavation of the ground floor, for new MEPs, partial third-floor wood deck demolition, and façade reinforcement, followed by the interior buildout phase.
The design highlights the building’s authentic brick and timber structure, complemented by Venetian plaster, Italian demountable glass systems, and natural stone detailing. A portion of the third floor was intentionally removed to create a speakeasy-style bar, bringing warmth, depth, and daylight into the center of the building.
Through proactive coordination and continuous communication, Skyline maintained schedule alignment and delivered a workspace defined by craftsmanship, quality, and modern functionality.
