This state-of-the-art robotics campus was designed for speed, scale, and innovation. Totaling 204,600 sq. ft. across three buildings, the project was fast-tracked and executed under a design-build approach to support rapid R&D, advanced manufacturing, and full-scale product testing.

FLAGSHIP BUILDING

Each building on campus was crafted for a specific purpose, creating a seamless flow from idea to execution. The 98,600 sq. ft. flagship building is home to research, development, and high-powered manufacturing. Inside houses CNC equipment, a water jet machining zone, and 220 desks for engineering teams. It also includes a full commercial kitchen with a barista bar and warming station.

INDUSTRIAL & ROBOTICS FACILITIES

The second building, at 60,000 sq. ft., ramps up the industrial capabilities. This is where large-scale assembly happens, alongside a machine shop equipped for fabrication and battery pack builds. It also includes a dedicated quality control (QA/QC) zone, precision-controlled battery labs, and a temperature-controlled lab for sensitive operations.

The third building, spanning 46,000 sq. ft., is fully dialed in for robotics testing. With ultra-wide WiFi, a high-performance IDF room, and 24 dedicated workstations, it is a clean and connected environment designed for real-time feedback, automation testing, and system refinement.
