Project
DETAILS
This 86,519 sq. ft. headquarters buildout spans three floors and was designed to reflect the company’s global footprint while supporting employee connection, wellness, and belonging. Each floor takes inspiration from a different world region, expressed through unique materials, colors, and patterns to create a series of distinct yet cohesive environments. The space includes high-energy hubs, collaborative zones, team neighborhoods, and quiet work areas, offering flexibility for all workstyles. Human-centered design was prioritized throughout, with custom scent wallcoverings, a calming Dark Room, and sound-attenuated Quiet Rooms enhancing the sensory experience. A central gathering hub, inspired by Seattle’s Pike Place Market, serves as a multifunctional space for social interaction, all-hands meetings, and informal work. Existing MEP systems, lighting, and furniture were creatively reused or locally sourced to support sustainability goals and reduce waste. This project sets a new standard for hybrid-ready, experiential workplace design.
