The new workspace includes open-office areas, conference rooms, training facilities, a kitchen, reception area, lobby, and a dedicated game room. A signature element is the interior staircase with blackened steel handrails and smoked laminated glass guardrails, constructed through a post-tension slab to connect all three floors. Additional features include an exterior terrace with a custom elevated roof paver system and steel trellis, millwork-cladded columns and ceiling details, and a curved glass storefront with electrified AV film. The project also delivered comprehensive MEP and FLS upgrades, creating a high-performing workplace tailored to the needs of a global professional services firm.
