Skyline Construction is pleased to welcome Steve Brashear as Strategic Accounts Executive in the Bay Area. With over two decades of experience as an end-user and owners’ rep blending corporate real estate, strategy, and finance, Steve will nurture relationships, build new partnerships, and expand campus accounts throughout Silicon Valley and the greater Bay Area. Drawing on deep local market knowledge, he’ll help clients align workspace strategy with innovation, growth, and talent retention goals.

Steve began his career in finance and accounting at PwC, then spent six years with Hines before joining Salesforce in 2010. Over his 12-year tenure at Salesforce, Steve served in finance and strategy before assuming the role of COO, Global Real Estate & Workplace Services. During this time, Salesforce scaled from 5,000 to over 75,000 employees, while Steve managed global leasing strategy and helped deliver major projects including Salesforce Towers in Chicago, Tokyo, Dublin, and Sydney.

Known for a calm and deliberate approach, strong financial acumen, and a natural curiosity, Steve thrives on connecting people, asking “why” beyond “how,” and delivering strategic outcomes. In this role, he will ensure every team we support is set up for success by facilitating the right connections, prioritizing satisfaction, and helping bring our client’s vision to life.
