- [Holland America Corporate Office Revealed](https://www.skylineconstruction.build/holland-america-group-project/): With the turn of the New Year, our Seattle office finished one of its largest projects. The Holland America Group recently began occupying their new six floored headquarters located in lower Queen Anne. With this new location, they are able to unite their employees at one central location. The completion of this project was achieved by many extensive pieces coming together, including a complete sprinkler system throughout, suspended ceiling, communicating stairway, a café on the 6th floor with a full commercial kitchen, multiple kitchenette galleys, as well as a new fitness center complete with accompanying locker rooms. Throughout the space there is over 25,000 square yards of new carpet, 10,000 square feet of teak wood flooring and over 12,000 square feet of fabric wall panels. With these improvements and new amenities, the 800+ employees occupying this beautiful new space have much to look forward to.
