Skyline Expands Operational Excellence Through Strategic New Hires
SAN FRANCISCO, CA. – January 31, 2019
Skyline Construction is pleased to announce the appointment of four key operational leaders to the team, bringing great depth and technical experience to the organization. Dan Polito, Project Executive, Dan Drake, Senior Project Manager and Steve Arnold, Project Manager are based in Skyline’s San Francisco office while Karl Sandman, Senior Project Manager is located in Skyline’s thriving Silicon Valley office. All four originated from Chicago, where they built some of the region’s most sophisticated commercial office space before relocating to the West Coast.
Polito holds 10 years of construction experience in commercial interiors. He was drawn to tenant improvement construction as it presents the perfect balance of people and process, allowing for complex problem solving in a collaborative work environment. As Project Executive, Polito will mentor, coordinate and develop staff to ensure that projects are completed within budget and schedule to exceed client’s needs and business objectives.
Drake began his career in ground up construction before moving over to commercial interiors. As Senior Project Manager, he is responsible for working closely with clients, architects and subcontractors to effectively estimate, meet deadlines and deliver projects on budget.
Arnold specializes in fast-paced tenant improvement projects. As Project Manager, he will maximize team productivity to provide detailed budgets, meet accelerated timelines and control project costs.
Sandman has a background in both ground up and commercial interior construction. He joins the Silicon Valley office as Senior Project Manager, responsible for managing client relationships, delivering the highest quality projects and exceeding schedule and budget expectations.
