HER ROLE

Nancy is responsible for building relationships and executing business development in the Silicon Valley.  She ensures a seamless, impeccable service experience for her clients.


HER BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

Nancy has worked in sales and business development for over 25 years. Her career began at Xerox in 1987, earning President’s Club recognition each year through 1992. She transitioned to the office furniture industry where she spent 15 successful years working with leading companies in the Bay Area. Her ability to understand a client’s budget, needs and service requirements gave her a platform to establish long-term relationships with clients, real estate brokers, architects and construction managers. In 2011, Nancy joined Skyline's growing Silicon Valley office.


HER WORK PHILOSOPHY

Nancy’s strongest assets are her relationships, work ethic, communication skills and follow through. She lives by the golden rule in life: treat others with empathy and the utmost respect. She is collaborative with colleagues and adds value wherever she can.


HER INTERESTS AND HOBBIES

Nancy cherishes time with her family and friends. She is the proud mom of Kathryn Daugherty, a college student who will be returning to the Bay Area for employment in May 2018. She is a California native and loves the South Bay. Nancy strives to make time to enjoy all that the Bay Area has to offer, including sporting events, outdoor hiking trails, great restaurants, wineries and music venues.
